That new car smell
I finally found the dream car I was looking for: a brand-new (to me) two thousand and two Pontiac Montana Extended Minivan.
It looks white in the pictures but it's a classy silver. It's the first car I've ever owned that was manufactured in the decade I drove it in. Yay! And I got it cheaply enough that even if it needs major mechanical work I'll still have gotten a good deal. I like those odds!

SO does this mean you got your girlfriend pregnant? If I recall those were the original conditions of said vehicle purchase. You ahve a newer car than me. Weird. Is Rumer Godden really commenting on your page?
No, no one's pregnant. The main reason for this particular model is it looks the most SUV-esque. I'm going to get a manly luggage rack to put on the top. Of course, double the gas mileage of the Suburban makes suffering the teasing much more bearable. Plus: airbags.
I think the Rumer Godden you're thinking of passed away in 1998. This Rumer Godden is a maternal alias.
Also, Maternal Alias is my new favorite band.
I stiil don't think it's SUV-esque, but if it make you happy, I'm all for it. ;)
