As soon as I read that, I thought...oh, I know who said that.

Really, it's the completely Erik-specific construction of the second line of dialogue that gives you away.

Someday, when I reincarnate myself, I'm going to study how we constantly and irrevocably reveal ourselves through the interaction of our vocabulary, syntax, and grammar.

And your brother is rarely ever reduced to "..." so I have my suspicions as to the identity of person two. (And I know I'm right.)

You're on the money on person one (of course), but off on person number two (although there really wasn't a lot to go on there...). "Stacy" is the answer.

And my step-mother is feeling much, much better: eating solid foods and going to theatre guild meetings.
